Evolution of the Chai Maintenance Concept:
While having breakfast at an outdoor cafe in South Beach, I noticed a little old man feeding his dog strips of bacon. I looked at the menu and saw that a side order of bacon was $7.50. I could not help but comment to him about his generousity towards his pet.
With his Jewish accent he replied his best friend was very high maintenance.
